[재료] 대파, 계란1개, 들기름 1스푼, 소금 조금 [만드는 법] 1. 파 한 대를 총총 썬다. 2. 팬에 들기름 한 스푼을 두르고 썰어둔 대파를 볶는다. 3. 파 기름이 충분히 나오면 그 위에 계란을 깨서 올려준다. (소금을 뿌려준다) 4. 뚜껑을 덮고 약불에서 3분 정도 익힌다.
