| Video Discription | #못난이고구마 #맛탕 #빠스 바삭바삭한 고구마맛탕입니다! 겉은 차고 속은 뜨듯한 겉차속뜨! 손에 달라붙지 않아 먹기에도 좋아요! ========================= 고구마 빠스 [재료] 고구마 2개(500g) 식용유 1/4컵(40g) 설탕 1/3컵(60g) 튀김용 식용유 적당량 [만드는 법] 1. 고구마는 깨끗이 세척 후, 껍질째 한입 크기로 썰어준다. 2. 튀김용 기름을 160~180도 정도로 맞춘 후, 고구마를 넣고 노릇하게 튀겨준다. (온도가 올라가면 고구마를 넣어 온도를 체크한다.) 3. 팬에 식용유와 설탕을 넣고 약한 불로 녹여준다. (설탕이 녹을 때까지 젓지 않고 기다린다.) 4. 노릇하게 튀겨진 고구마는 체에 밭쳐 기름을 빼준다. 5. 넓은 접시에 기름을 발라 준비해둔다. 6. 설탕을 녹인 팬에 튀긴 고구마를 넣고 양손에 주걱을 들고 골고루 버무려 준다. 7. 고구마빠스를 기름 코팅 한 접시에 서로 붙지 않게 담아 식혀준다. 8. 설탕 시럽이 굳으면 완성 접시에 담아 마무리한다. Goguma mattang (deep-fried and sugar-glazed sweet potatoes / básī) [Ingredients] 2 (500g) sweet potatoes 1/4 cups (40g) cooking oil 1/3 cups (60g) sugar Cooking oil [Directions] 1. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then chop into bite-sized wedges skin-on. 2. Heat up cooking oil to 160-180℃, and deep-fry the sweet potatoes until golden. (Check to see if the oil is hot enough by adding a piece of sweet potato into the oil.) 3. Add oil and sugar to the pan, and melt over low heat. (Don't stir the mixture, just wait for it to melt.) 4. Drain the oil from the sweet potatoes. 5. Brush some oil over a large serving plate. 6. Dunk the fried potatoes into the sugar syrup, and toss well with two cooking spoons. 7. Move the mattang onto the oil-coated plate for it to cool, taking care that the pieces don't stick together. 8.
