Wiener Schnitzel is an Austrian dish made by pounding veal thinly then breading and pan-fried it in plenty of oil. Pork schnitzel is called Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein. It's one of the dishes that can made at home deliciously. - 재료 돈가츠용 돼지고기 등심 4덩어리 (1인분에 150~180g) 소금, 통후추 밀가루 4큰술 달걀 2개 빵가루 4큰술 기름 넉넉하게 5큰술 레몬 1/2개 – 웻지형 또는 둥글게 썰기 베리류 잼 (크랜베리, 블루베리, 딸기잼 등) . 선택사항 곁들임용 샐러드 2줌과 좋아하는 소스 감자 2개 버터 1큰술 쪽파 1줄기 소금, 통후추 - 만드는 방법 1. 감자는 껍질을 벗겨 큼직하게 썬 후 찜통에 15분간 찌고, 바로 볼에 담아 버터, 쪽파, 소금, 통후추를 갈아 넣고 버무려 둔다. 2. 돼지고기를 0.5cm 두께가 되도록 고기 망치로 두드린 후 앞 뒤에 소금, 후추로 간한다. 3. 2의 돼지고기에 밀가루, 달걀, 빵가루를 순서대로 입히고 기름을 넉넉히 두른 프라이팬에 튀기듯이 노릇하게 굽는다. 4. 접시에 슈니첼을 담고 레몬과 샐러드, 1의 감자, 잼을 곁들여 차려낸다. - ingredients 4 piece of pork loin (5.3~6.3oz. per serving) salt and pepper 4Tbsp wheat flour 2 eggs 4Tbsp bread crumbs 5Tbsp cooking oil 1/2 lemon – wedged cranberry jam . optional handful salad greens and dressing 2 potatoes – chunked and steamed 1Tbsp butter 1sprig spring onion – chopped salt and pepper - instruction 1. Add steamed potatoes and butter into a bowl, mix well. Add spring onion and season with salt and pepper. 2. Pound the pork loin with a meat mallet so that it is 1/4inch thick, and then season it with salt and pepper. 3. Dip the pork into the flour, then shake off the excess flour, dip it through the egg to coat it lightly. Lay the pork in the bread crumbs and press it into the breading to coat. In a medium heated skillet pour the cooking oil, and pan-fry the pork until becomes golden brown. 4.
