| Video Discription | #백종원 #시금치나물 #삼색나물 오늘은 삼색 나물 첫번째인 시금치 나물입니다. =============================================== [ 시금치 무침 ] [ 재료 ] 시금치 250g 물 1L 꽃소금 1/2큰술(5g) 간 마늘 1큰술(15g) 조선간장국간장 2큰술(20g) 참기름 2큰술(15g) 깨소금 2큰술(16g) [ 만드는 법 ] 1. 깨소금 1큰술은 절구에 넣고 갈아서 준비한다. 2. 시금치는 뿌리를 잘라준다. 3. 손질한 시금치는 깨끗하게 세척하여 둔다. 4. 냄비에 물 1L, 꽃소금을 넣어 끓인다. 5. 물이 끓으면 뿌리 쪽부터 넣어 30초 정도 데친다. 6. 데친 시금치는 찬물에 헹궈 물기를 제거한다. 7. 시금치가 너무 클 경우에는 1/2 정도로 잘라둔다. 8. 큰 볼에 시금치, 간 마늘, 국간장, 참기름, 갈은 깨를 넣어 골고루 무쳐준다. 9. 완성 그릇에 담아 깨소금을 뿌려 마무리한다. Sigeumchi Namul (Spinach salad) [Ingredients] Spinach 250g Water 1L Fine salt 1/2 tbsp (5g) Minced garlic 1 tbsp (15g) Soup soy sauce 2 tbsp (20g) Sesame oil 2 tbsp (15g) Ground sesame seeds 2 tbsp (16g) [Directions] 1. Put 1 tbsp of sesame seeds in a mortar and grind. 2. Trim off the roots of spinach. 3. Clean the spinach thoroughly. 4. Put 1L of water and fine salt in a pot and boil. 5. Once the water boils, put the root part of the spinach first and blanch for 30 seconds. 6. After blanching, rinse the spinach under cold water and drain. 7. Cut the spinach in half if the size is too large. 8. Put the spinach, minced garlic, soup soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground sesame seeds in a large bowl and mix. 9.
