| Video Discription | #백종원 #찜닭 #집밥 오늘은 친구들이나 가족에게 음식 솜씨를 뽐낼 수 있는 '찜닭'입니다. 재료만 있으면 정말 어렵지 않으니 한번 만들어 볼까요~? ================ 찜닭 [재료] *찜닭소스 진간장 2/3컵(140g) 맛술 1/2컵(90g) 황설탕 1/2컵(80g) 물 1컵(180g) 간생강 1/3큰술 (5g) 간마늘 2큰술(30g) 대파 1컵(80g) 참기름 3큰술(20g) *찜닭 토막닭(12호) 1마리 물1컵 (180g) 캬라멜 1/2큰술(5g) 떡볶이떡 1컵(150g) 감자 1/2개(200g) 당근 1/2개(100g) 고구마 1개(180g) 대파 1/2컵(40g) 새송이버섯 1개(60g) 표고버섯 2개(30g) 청양고추 3개(20g) 홍고추 2개(15g) 건홍고추 3개(8g) 당면 100g 찜닭소스 전량 [만드는 법] 1. 닭은 깨끗하게 세척하고 물기를 제거하여 준비한다. 2. 고명용 대파는 반으로 갈라 길게 썰어주고, 양념장용 대파는 송송 썰어 준비한다. 3. 건홍고추는 가위를 이용하여 어슷하게 썰고 청양고추는 큼직하게 썰어둔다. 4. 홍고추는 어슷썰기 하고, 새송이버섯, 표고버섯은 한 입 크기로 썰어둔다. 5. 당근, 감자, 고구마는 깨끗하게 세척하여 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라둔다. 6. 당면은 미지근한 물에 30분 정도 불려 준비한다. 7. 진간장, 맛술, 황설탕, 물, 간생강, 간마늘, 대파, 참기름을 섞어 양념장을 만든다. 8. 냄비에 닭, 양념장, 물1컵 넣고 끓여 닭을 어느정도 익혀준 후, 건고추를 넣고 강불에서 끓인다. 9. 양념장이 끓으면 감자, 당근, 고구마 넣고 끓으면 중불로 줄여 익힌다. 10. 당근,감자와 고구마가 익으면 표고버섯, 새송이버섯, 떡을 넣고 캬라멜을 넣는다. 11. 떡이 말랑말랑 해지면 불려 둔 당면을 넣어 끓인다. 12. 닭에 간이 충분히 배이면 홍고추, 청양고추 대파를 넣고 골고루 섞어 완성한다. Jjimdak (braised chicken) [Ingredients] *Sauce Dark soy sauce 2/3 cup (140g) Cooking wine 1/2 cup (90g) Brown sugar 1/2 cup (80g) Water 1 cup (180g) Minced ginger 1/3 tbsp (5g) Minced garlic 2 tbsp (30g) Green onion 1 cup (80g) Sesame oil 3 tbsp (20g) *Jjimdak 1 cut chicken (no. 12) Water 1 cup (180g) Caramel 1/2 tbsp (5g) Rice cake 1 cup (150g) 1/2 potato (200g) 1/2 carrot (100g) 1 sweet potato (180g) Green onion 1/2 cup (40g) 1 king oyster mushroom(60g) 2 shiitake mushrooms (30g) 3 Cheongyang pepper (20g) 2 red pepper (15g) 3 dried red pepper (8g) Glass noodles 100g Sauce [Directions] 1. Clean the chicken thoroughly and drain. 2. Slice the green onion for garnish and cut diagonally. Finely chop the green onion for the sauce. 3. Cut dried red pepper diagonally with scissors, and cut Cheongyang pepper into large pieces. 4. Slice the red pepper diagonally, cut king oyster mushroom and shiitake mushroom in bite-size. 5. Clean carrot, potato and sweet potato and cut them into bite-size. 6. Soak glass noodles in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. 7. Mix dark soy sauce, brown sugar, water, minced ginger, minced garlic, green onion, and sesame oil to make the sauce. 8. Put the chicken, sauce, and 1 cup of water in a pot and cook. When the chicken is somewhat cooked, add dried red pepper and continue cooking over high heat. 9. Once the sauce boils, add potato, carrot, and sweet potato. When it boils, reduce the medium heat. 10. When carrot, potato and sweet potato are cooked, add shiitake mushroom, king oyster mushroom, rice cake, and caramel. 11. When the rice cake softens, add soaked glass noodles. 12.
