| Video Discription | #백종원 #어묵 #반찬 반찬 걱정 덜어줄 어묵볶음! 바로 해서 먹으면 일품요리로도 손색없어요 다 때려 넣으면 끝나는 아주 쉬운 방법 알려드릴게요 ========== [ 어묵감자볶음 ] 4인분 기준 [ 재료 ] 얇은 사각어묵 6장(240g) 감자 1개(180g) 물 약 2/3컵(130ml) 양파 1/2개(125g) 봉어묵 6개(70g) 대파 1/2대(50g) 진간장 5큰술(50g) 청양고추 2개(20g) 간 마늘 1큰술(20g) 식용유 2큰술(14g) 참기름 2큰술(14g) 황설탕 1큰술(12g) 고운 고춧가루 1과 1/2큰술(9g) 통깨 약간 [만드는 법] 1. 얇은 사각어묵은 길게 2등분 후 두께 2cm로 얇게 썰고, 봉어묵은 1cm정도 두께로 어슷 썰어 준비한다. 2. 양파는 가로로 반 갈라 2cm정도 두께로 자른다. 3. 대파, 청양고추는 0.3cm두께로 송송 썬다. 4. 감자는 십자모양으로 4등분 한 후 0.3cm 두께로 편 썬다. 5. 깊은 프라이팬에 어묵, 양파, 대파, 청양고추, 감자, 식용유, 간 마늘을 넣고 강 불에 올린다. 6. 지글지글 소리가 나기 시작하면 전체적으로 섞일 때 까지 볶은 후 물, 진간장, 황설탕을 넣고 졸인다. Tip. 어묵의 종류나 불 세기에 따라 물양을 조절한다. 7. 어묵에 양념장이 배이면 고운 고춧가루를 넣고 섞는다. 8. 국물이 완전히 졸아 들고 윤기가 나면 참기름을 넣고 섞는다. 9. 통깨를 뿌린 후 접시에 옮겨 담아 완성한다. Tip. 그릇에 담고 나서 통깨를 한번 더 뿌려줘도 좋다. Eomuk bokkeum (4 servings) [Ingredients] 6 sheets (240g) thin sagak eomuk 1 (180g) potato about 2/3 cup (130ml) water 1/2 (125g) onion 6 (70g) bong eomuk 1/2 stalk (50g) green onion 5 tbsp (50g) thick soy sauce 2 (20g) Cheongyang peppers 1 tbsp (20g) minced garlic 2 tbsp (14g) cooking oil 2 tbsp (14g) sesame oil 1 tbsp (12g) brown sugar 1 1/2 (9g) fine chili pepper powder some whole sesame seeds [Directions] 1. Slice the sagak eomuk horizontally in half. Then, thinly slice into 2cm pieces. Slice the bong eomuk diagonally into 1cm pieces. 2. Chop the onion in half and chop into 2cm pieces. 3. Chop the green onion and Cheongyang peppers into 0.3cm pieces. 4. Quarter the potato and chop into 0.3cm pieces. 5. In a deep frying pan, add the eomuk, green onion, Cheongyang peppers, potato, cooking oil, and minced garlic and place over high heat. 6. When it starts sizzling, stir until the ingredients are combined. Then, add water, thick soy sauce, and brown sugar and boil down. 7. When the sauce has seeped into the eomuk, add the fine chili pepper powder and combine. 8. When the water has boiled down and it starts to look glazed, add the sesame oil and combine. 9.
