This pancake is so soft and fluffy, it feels like a cloud. If you like it, please click 'Like' and Subscribe. http://bit.ly/1DnVQs7 *Ingredients (2인분, 2 served) 계란 2개, 설탕 100g, 우유 150ml, 박력분 150g, 베이킹파우더 1작은숟가락 올리브오일을 제외한 식물성 오일 1숟가락, 바닐라 익스트랙 2~3방울 2 eggs, 100g sugar, 150ml milk, 150g cake flour, 1tsp baking powder vegetable oil 1Tbs, vanilla extract topping: powdered sugar, raspberry, maple syrup * Recipe 만드는 방법 1. 계란을 흰자와 노른자로 분리합니다. 1. Separate the egg. 2. 노른자에 설탕(70g), 우유, 박력분, 베이킹파우더, 식물성 오일 그리고 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣어 잘 섞어줍니다. 2. Add sugar(70g), milk, cake flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and oil to egg yolk and mix. 3. 계란 흰자에 설탕(30g)을 넣어 단단한 머랭을 만들어 줍니다. 3. Add sugar(30g) to egg white and make hard meringue. Stiff peaks should form. 4. (2)에 머랭을 넣어 조심스럽게 섞어줍니다. 4. Fold in (2) to meringue. 5. 약불로 달군 팬에 버터를 바른 후, 반죽을 부어 익혀줍니다. 아랫면이 노릇하게 익으면 뒤집은 후 2~3분 더 익혀주세요. 5. Coat the pan with butter, add a blob of batter on the pan, cook on low heat.
