| Video Discription | Ingredients - 1 red onion, finely diced - 5 cloves garlic, finely diced - 1 green chilli, diced - 2 tomatoes, diced - 3 potatoes, diced - 1/2 large (or 1 small) cauliflower, cut into florets - 1/2 bunch coriander, rough chopped - 3 tbsp grapeseed oil - 1 tsp cumin seeds - 1 tsp turmeric - 1/2 tsp chilli powder - 2 tsp garam masala - 1 tsp ground coriander - Salt to taste Method 1. Start by heating the oil in a large pan or wok. 2. Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Next, add the onion, garlic and chilli and sauté for another 2 minutes. 4. Add the rest of the spices and sauté for another 2 minutes. 5. Add the tomato and stir well. 6. Add the potato, mix well and add 200ml of water. 7. After 5 minutes, add the cauliflower and stir well. 8. Stir this every 2-3 minutes and cook until the potato is soft but not falling apart. If it gets too dry, don't be afraid to add small amounts of water to the pan. 9. Serve with roti and enjoy! [SnxIIwTZQ2s] |
