| Video Discription | My Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/veganleonora/ To make these spicy peanut noodles you will need: 150gr noodles of choice 1 small carrot 1/2 red bell pepper or any other veg of choice 1tbsp oil 3 garlic cloves 1/2tbsp- 1 tbsp chili oil for the sauce: 2tbsp peanut butter 1tbsp rice vinegar 1tsp sugar 1tbsp soy sauce 1/2tbsp dark soy sauce 6tbsp water First mix your sauce and set aside to use later! Start with a wok or pan and add the 1tbsp of oil to this. Heat the oil and then add the minced garlic and the chili oil. Cook for 30 seconds on medium to high heat until fragrant. I usually use about 1/2tbsp -1tbsp of the chili oil since I find it quite spicy but just add more or less to adjust to your taste! Slice the bell pepper and the carrot and add them to the pan or wok as well. Cook the veg for 3-5 minutes until they're cooked but still have a bit of a crisp to them. Use any veg you like! Cook noodles according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain noodles and rinse in cold water. When veggies are cooked, add the noodles and the sauce. Mix everything up and then it's done! Optional: Add spring onion as garnish, or cilantro... if you like that :') Enjoy!
