| Video Discription | Custard Apple Roll Cut Kulfi Ingredients: Milk: 1 ltr (Full Fat) Suagr: 80 gm Custard Apple Pulp: ½ bowl Method: 1. In a pan add Milk. Boil it for 5-6 minutes on a medium to high flame until the milk reduce 30 % of its original quantity. 2. In the mixture jar add custard apple pulp and crush it. 3. After that add sugar in it. Cook it for 3 minutes. Then add custard apple Pulp and mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes so that pulp mix it well.Now switch off the flame. Let it cool down. 4. Pour the kulfi mixture in the paper glass and kulfi mould. Keep it in the freezer for 6-7 hours. 5. Now cut the kulfi in the slice. Here your roll cut kulfi is ready.
