| Video Discription | This is the side of Bedok not many would pass by or visit. Or maybe it's me cos I've never checked out this coffeeshop before. And some stalls open only in the afternoon for the dinner crowd. So I decided to pop by one afternoon to check out the place. Not many stalls were opened except this deliciously looking braised duck kway chap stall was open and decided to give it a try. What I like about this stall is that Ah Ping manages it all by herself. From prepping, cooking, taking orders, packing food, collect money, etc. She took over the stall from her in-laws and when I was there, it was still under the old name, which I've already changed on Google Maps. I've also included her mobile number for pre-orders so you don't have to wait too long. Kway Chap is tasty, no porky smell, not too salty, very balance. The kway as explained in video, was the thicker one. I prefer the finer one cos it's smoother. But overall good pricing and yummy.
