Youtube channel " Warisan Leluhur " : https://youtube.com/channel/UCijEdpZkobYJrDwFyWD8IfA Thank you 🙏☺️ Bahan - bahan dimsum siomay ayam : 500 gram daging ayam ( dada mix paha ) 100 gram lemak ayam ( kulit ayam ) 250 gram tepung sagu ( boleh diganti dengan tepung tapioka ) 1 butir putih telur ukuran besar 4 siung bawang putih digeprek Es batu secukupnya ( -/+ 100 - 150 ml air dijadikan es batu atau sesuaikan tingkat kelembekannya, boleh ditambah kalau kurang ) 4 - 5 sdm gula pasir ( sesuaikan selera ) 1 sdt penuh garam ( sesuaikan selera ) 1 sdm kaldu bubuk rasa jamur 1 sdm kecap asin 1 - 1,5 sdm minyak wijen 1 sdm saos tiram 1/2 sdm kecap ikan 1 sdt merica bubuk 4 - 5 batang daun bawang 150 gram wortel diparut -/+ 50 lembar kulit siomay atau dimsum diameter 8 cm Bahan sambal cocolan : 2 bawang merah diiris tipis 3 bawang putih digeprek 1 cabe merah besar 3 cabe rawit Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis 200 ml air 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk ( boleh rasa ayam atau jamur ) 1/4 sdt garam 1 sdm penuh gula pasir ( sesuaikan selera ) 6 sdm saos cabe 1/2 sdt cuka masak 1 sdt tepung maizena dilarutkan dengan sedikit air Bahan topping : 50 gram wortel diparut Chicken siomay dimsum ingredients: 500 grams of chicken meat (breast mix thigh) 100 grams of chicken fat (chicken skin) 250 grams of sago flour (can be replaced with tapioca flour) 1 large egg white 4 cloves of garlic crushed Ice cubes to enough (-/+ 100 - 150 ml of water to make ice cubes or adjust the level of softness, you can add more if it's not enough) 4-5 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste) 1 full tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tablespoon of mushroom flavor powder broth 1 tbsp salty soy sauce 1 - 1.5 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp fish sauce 1 tsp ground pepper 4 - 5 stalks of spring onions 150 grams of grated carrots -/+ 50 pieces of dumpling skin or dimsum with a diameter of 8 cm Dipping sauce ingredients: 2 shallots thinly sliced 3 crushed garlic 1 big red chili 3 cayenne pepper Enough oil for frying 200 ml of water 1/2 tsp broth powder (can be chicken or mushroom flavor) 1/4 tsp salt 1 full tablespoon of sugar (adjust to taste) 6 tbsp chili sauce 1/2 tsp cooking vinegar 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water Toppings: 50 grams of grated carrots #dimsumayam #siomay #cemilan #ideusaha #idejualan #makananringan [VDZL8vDeR5I] |
