An easy and delicious recipe! مكونات أربع بصل مقطعة إلى شرائح (ستمائة جرام) زيت نباتي أعواد القرفة والهيل والقرنفل وأوراق الغار واليانسون ملعقة كبيرة من الزنجبيل (عشرين جرامًا). ملعقة كبيرة ثوم (عشرين جرام) كيلو لحم ضأن أو لحم بقري نصف ملعقة كبيرة كمون نصف ملعقة كزبرة نصف ملعقة كبيرة بابريكا أو مسحوق فلفل حار نصف ملعقة كبيرة مسحوق كاري ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود ملعقة صغيرة كركم ملح للتذوق حبتان من الطماطم (مائتان وخمسون جرام) مفرومة نصف كوب زبادي (مائة وعشرون جرام) ماء كزبرة طازجة فلفل حار (اختياري) نعناع ثلاثة أكواب من أرز بسمتي مغسول ومنقوع زعفران او سازون ملعقتان كبيرتان زبدة أو سمن (ثلاثون جرامًا). لتحضير سلطة الزبادي: كوب زبادي (مائتان وخمسون جرام) خيار مبشور فص ثوم واحد (خمسة جرامات) مفروم ملعقة كبيرة نعناع (عشرة جرامات) مفروم نصف ملعقة صغيرة كمون ربع ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود ملح للتذوق تعليمات خطوه بخطوه: سخني الزيت النباتي في قدر أو مقلاة على نار متوسطة. يُضاف البصل المقطع ويُطهى حتى يتكرمل. يُرفع نصف البصل ويُترك جانباً لاستخدامه لاحقاً. أضف المكونات التالية: أعواد القرفة والهيل والقرنفل وأوراق الغار واليانسون النجمي في القدر. ثم أضيفي الزنجبيل والثوم واللحوم والكمون والكزبرة والفلفل الحلو أو مسحوق الفلفل الحار ومسحوق الكاري والفلفل الأسود والكركم والملح حسب الرغبة. يقلب ويطهى لبضع دقائق. نضيف الطماطم المفرومة ونغطي القدر ونتركها تنضج لمدة خمس دقائق حتى تنضج الطماطم. أضف الزبادي والماء الساخن بما يكفي لتغطية اللحم. غطي القدر واتركيه ينضج على نار متوسطة لمدة ساعة أو حتى ينضج اللحم. في وعاء منفصل ، أحضر الماء إلى boi ثم تضاف المكونات التالية: زيت نباتي ، ملح ، أعواد قرفة ، هيل ، قرنفل ، أوراق الغار ، وكمون. يُضاف الأرز المنقوع ويُطهى على نار عالية لمدة ثماني دقائق. يُصفّى ويُترك جانباً. أضيفي الكزبرة الطازجة والفلفل الحار (اختياري) والنعناع والقليل من البصل المقلي إلى اللحم. ثم نضيف الأرز المطبوخ ونقلب جيدا. يُضاف الزعفران أو السازون وبقية البصل المقلي والكزبرة الطازجة والنعناع الطازج والزبدة أو السمن فوق الأرز. غطي القدر واطهيه على نار خفيفة لمدة ثلاثين دقيقة. لسلطة الزبادي ، اخلطي الزبادي والخيار المبشور والثوم المفروم والنعناع المفروم والكمون والفلفل الأسود والملح حسب الرغبة. يحفظ في الثلاجة حتى وقت التقديم.
