MEXICAN CASSEROLE 1 lb cooked ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom 1 can of rotel 1 can of chili beans 1 can of rinsed black beans (optional) doritos or toritlla chips shredded cheese -add the ground beef, rotel, mushroom, and beans into the crockpot and stir. cook on low for 6 hours. top with crushed chips and cheese and take the ceramic pot out of the crockpot. place in the oven on broil for 10 minutes or until golden brown. enjoy! CHEESY POTATOES AND SAUSAGE 1 link sausage 1 package of cheddar cheese 1 frozen package of hashbrowns 1 can of cream of mushroom 1 cup of sour cream -chop the meat and add into the crockpot with the rest of the ingredients. cook on low for 4 hours. stir occasionally if you can! SAUSAGE AND RICE 1 link sausage 2-3 3 green bell peppers 1 onion 1 large can of whole peeled tomatoes 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1-2 cups of water -chop the meat, bell pepper and onions and add into the crockpot with the rest of the ingredient. cook on low for 6 hours. place on top of cooked rice and enjoy.
