Here's some ideas, let me know if you try any out! ⭐️Join my Patreon & receive art gifts, special recipe downloads that I create for YOU https://www.patreon.com/jewgotit SUBSCRIBE HERE 🥰🥗🍯🍣🍪🍎🥘 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZAAA1Y9dAQkhRL2I9I1rpA/?sub_confirmation=1 I'm a graphic designer, illustrator & video editor, if you have any projects you can be in touch! www.monalisasart.com ⭐️⭐️RECIPES⭐️⭐️ 🌿BBQ CHICKEN WINGS -Put pack of wings in oven (frozen or from fridge) -Separate the wings so they have space -BAKE on HIGH for about 18 mins or crispy -Pour & MIX wings with the BBQ sauce -BAKE ON HIGH for another 4 mins or until sauce is caramelized 🌿TANGY BBQ SAUCE Makes 3/4 cup 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tbsp honey or date honey 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp vinegar pinch blk pepper 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (or smoked paprika) 1/4 cup water (optional) 🌿HUMMUS PESTO 1/2 cups chickpeas 5 cups of greens 1 lemon juice 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp techina 1/3 cup water BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH 🌿SPELT CIABATTA BREAD WET & FLUFFY DOUGH 6 cups of spelt flour 1/2 tsp yeast 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp baking soda (without aluminum) 2 tbsp honey or date honey 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 cups of water (more or less needs to be a wet thick dough) ⭐️DIRECTIONS -Mix for 3 minutes-(HAVE NO TIME? you can bake right after mixing, wont be as good, but still GOOD) -RISE for 45 mins (it can also be let over night or a couple days out) (IN A RUSH & HAVE A LITTLE TIME? you can also bake it just after rising for 20 mins) -Fold dough 15 times with big spoon -Put wet dough in molds -Rise for another 25 mins -Preheat your oven to 350F/180C -BAKE for around 25 - 35 mins until golden brown 🌿BLACK LENTIL & ROASTED VEGGIE SALAD -2 medium sweet potatoes -2 medium zucchinis -1/2 tbsp. olive oil ROAST IN OVEN ON MED-HIGH until roasted -3 cups of cooked black lentils (or brown lentils) -1 lemon juice -1 tsp vinegar -salt & pepper-minced greens 🌿FLUFFY GARLIC BUTTER (vegan) 1/2 cup garlic - about 1 large head 1 3/4 cup of neutral flavored oil (but I used half coconut oil 1/2 olive oil) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup lemon juice ⭐️DIRECTIONS: Put garlic, coconut oil, salt and lemon juice in food processor -Add oil VERY SLOWLY to processor for butter to be fluffy (If you just have oil omit the coconut oil and just add your oil SLOWLY) -Process for 3 minutes or until super smooth - Keep in the refrigerator. It will be good for 4-6 weeks 🌿Japanese cucumber salad 4-5 cucumbers sliced 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp honey or date honey -pinch of blk pepper 🌿BEET & CARROT SALAD -2 beets -3 carrots -1/2 lemon juice -1/2 tbsp olive oil (optional) -pinch of salt & blk pepper 🌿ROASTED CABBAGE & HERBS half head of cabbage 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp dried parsley 1/3 cup chopped greens salt & pepper ⭐️I bought all in Israel, so here I have how much every dish was in SHEKELS and in USD Dollars.
