The other reasons may be achondromalacia or arthritis or infections or other common reasons are neoplastic and other conditions . We have to ascertain if a single joint is involved or there is other associated joints are swollen or not and the symptoms complex has to be ascertained by the clinician. The commonest reason is a traumatic condition, it has to be ascertained if it is serious trauma or a minor trauma.
