| Video Discription | 따스한 바람이 부는 계절이 되면 정위스님은 가끔 주먹밥을 만드십니다. 절 앞마당에서 손님들과 함께 둘러앉아 주먹밥을 빚는데, 먹어본 사람들 모두 감탄이 쏟아지지요. 제철 야채를 물 안나오게 볶고 식감을 고려해 완두콩이나 연근을 충분히 넣습니다. 주먹밥은 그저 싸고 간단하게 먹는 밥이라 생각했는데, 정위스님의 주먹밥은 한 그릇의 채소 요리처럼 풍성하고 꽉 찬 맛이 납니다. 주먹밥 만들기 [채소 손질] 1. 마른 표고버섯은 물에 불려두었다가 물을 꼭 짜서 얄팍하게 썹니다. 2. 당근은 가늘게 채 썰고, 연근은 얇게 썰었다가 작은 조각으로 썰어둡니다. 3. 완두콩은 껍질을 까서 준비합니다.
