| Video Discription | Ingredients Coriander - 1/4 bunch Mint leaves - 10 sprigs Green chili - 4 nos. Garlic - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Baby potatoes - 4 cups Chutney as prepared Salt - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander - 1/2 tsp Soaked basmati rice - 5 cups Method 1. Prepare chutney grinding fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilli and salt together with little water. 2. Now sauté baby potatoes with ginger garlic paste and prepared chutney to add seasoning and keep it aside. 3. Heat oil in pressure cooker sauté cumin, cinnamon and bay leaf. Now add soaked rice and aloo chutney well, pour water as required and pressure cook the Pulao till 3 whistles and serve hot. [NbHcXc9bvOU] |
