| Video Discription | Gobble Gobble Bread Pizza Ingredients: For the filling 1 tbsp oil ½ cup chopped onions 2 tsp chopped garlic ½ cup chopped red bell peppers ½ cup chopped yellow bell peppers ½ cup chopped capsicum ½ cup chopped carrots ½ cup corn Salt to taste 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp oregano Other ingredients 8 slices of bread ¼ cup butter ½ cup pizza sauce 1 cup grated cheese Method: 1. Heat the oil in a pan & sauté the onions, garlic & chillies. 2. Next, add the vegetables and sauté for another 2 minutes, finish with some oregano and chilli flakes, season to taste and remove from heat. 3. Now take a bread slice and apply butter to one side, flip it over and add the pizza sauce on the other side, now add the vegetables and cheese and place it on a pan. 4. Cover with a lid & it cook on low heat till the cheese melts and the bread becomes crisp. 5. You can also use an oven and bake them at 180 C for 5 minutes. 6. Cut in half & serve hot. 7. Gobble!
