| Video Discription | 2 tbsp – Oil 1 tbsp – Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp – Chopped Green Chillies ¼ Cup – Chopped Onions 1 cup – Chopped Carrots 1 cup – Boiled Green Peas 2 cups – water Salt to taste 2 packets – Maggi 2 sachets – Maggi Masala 1 tbsp – Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp – Red Chili powder 5 slices – bread 1 Cup – Thick Maida Slurry 1 Cup – Grated Processed Cheese Method 1. In a deep pan, add oil, once heated add garlic, cook for 2 to 3 mins, add green chilies, onions, cook until onions are cooked, add carrots, green peas and cook for 4 to 5 mins then add water, once water starts boiling, add Maggi, then Maggi masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and cook until Maggi is completely dry. 2. Take a slice of bread cut off the sides and then place the cooked Maggi in the centre of the bread and top with some cheese, apply maida slurry on all four sides of the bread and then seal using the tip of your finger. 3. Heat up oil for deep frying, once hot add the Maggi pockets, cook until they are golden brown. 4. Serve hot with some green chutney and chilli sauce. Enjoy!! 5. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
